In building a business one of the things you need is a team. Not just any old team but a team that works together in unison and harmony. That doesn’t always happen with ease but takes hard work and commitment on the part of all players.
Usually a team is put together buy one person who wants to excel at something. They may go through a lot of team members before they end up with a championship team. It is your job as a that team builder to find the right people that will make everyone on the team winners.
